Guest lecturer: Christina Gall '08

Hackley alum Christine Gall ’08, manager of the Farm and Food Program at St. Michael’s College in Vermont, Zoomed with the Food and Power class to share her journey from Hackley to her current job.

She also spoke about what goes into starting and maintaining a farm and all the variables that need to be considered to help make the farm viable, from inputs to labor and state and federal rules and regulations. She also spoke about sustainable farming.
