Every week, the Athletics department highlights some exceptional Hackley Hornets who are helping to spur on their teams.
Girls’ Basketball: Angelina Hummel ’26
Angelina had a great game against Trinity School, registering a double-double in a solid win for the Hornets. Angelina had 10 rebounds and 10 points in the game.

Boys’ Basketball: Jack Perlman ’25
Jack has been on a roll these past two weeks. In the last three games, he has averaged 19 points, 7.5 rebounds, five steals and four assists, leading the team to three straight wins.

Wrestling: Jake Nadol ’26
Jake was voted Most Outstanding Wrestler at the Bernie Miller Tournament in Rye last Saturday. He had five wins on the day over Clarkstown South, Rye, Ardsley, Pleasantville and Trinity. He is currently 7-0 on the season.
