Hackley Junior Wins Putnam Valley Wrestling Tournament

Emmanuel Henderson ’26 had another incredible week on the wrestling mat, going 6-0 and winning the Putnam Valley Wrestling tournament in his weight class.

What was even more impressive was Emmanuel’s win over a wrestler who outweighed him by over 90 lbs. against Horace Mann to help seal the win. He went 5-0 on the day with wins over North Port, Newburgh, John Jay CR, Ardsley and Lakeland Panas. Emmanuel is currently 21-3 on the season.
