Athletes of the Week – Week of Feb. 24
Every week, the Athletics department highlights some exceptional Hackley Hornets who are helping to spur on their teams.
Indoor Track & Field: Caitlin Morrow ’27
Caitlin had a stellar performance at the Ivy League Championship meet. Not only did she earn a personal record, but she also came in 1st place in the 1000m with an impressive time of 3:05.80.
Indoor Track & Field: Maggie Yalmokas ’25
Maggie was instrumental to the Hornets’ success at the Ivy League Championship meet. For one of her events, Maggie threw a 26’3” in the Weight Throw. She also achieved a personal record of 28’5.5” in the Shot Put, coming in 2nd place overall.
