Every week, the Athletics department highlights some exceptional Hackley Hornets who are helping to spur on their teams.
Wrestling: William Ngbokoli ’28
Will had three wins on the mat this week with 10 takedowns. Wins over Stepinac, Harrison and East Ramapo were important for the Hornets. As an athlete new to the sport, Will has made tremendous strides quickly on the mat.

Girls’ Basketball: Julia Puthiyamadam ’28
Julia had an incredible first contest on the varsity team. She led the team in scoring with 15 points, and she had five rebounds and three assists to give the Hornets an opening season win over Chapin.
